Safe & Sound: Infant Safety and Care

About this event

Calling all moms and dads! Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby or just need a refresher, this group is all about building confidence for those early days at home.

We’ll cover essential topics like feeding, sleep basics, diapering, dressing your newborn, and safely using a baby carrier. You'll get hands-on practice and real-life tips to help you feel ready and reassured.

We'll also talk about what to expect in the first few weeks because preparation isn’t just about gear- it’s about feeling supported and informed.

Come learn, laugh, and connect with other parents as we get ready to care for your little one safe and sound.
