- ➤ A public hearing was held Wednesday, March 18 at the Bossier Parish Courthouse in Benton on a planned Amazon data center by STACK Infrastructure (Denver-based) on a 1,000-acre site north of Benton. - ➤ Today, the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office honored retired K-9 Nero in a memorial service held in Shreveport. Nero served from 2019 until his retirement in 2023 (adopted by partner Cpl. Trey Keene, who recalled his gentle nature both on duty and at home). KTBS
