- ➤ Cork, the annual wine festival fundraiser supporting arts programs and the Red River Revel Arts Festival, returns Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. in downtown Shreveport with tickets at $100 that include a commemorative tasting glass plus samples from nearly 95 wines, cocktails, and local food to fund arts education. - ➤ Bob Dylan extended his Rough and Rowdy Ways tour to include a show in Shreveport on April 28 with tickets starting at $93 — the legendary singer will perform this spring and summer in several other U.S. cities. Shreveport Times

- ➤ Caddo Parish Public Schools has named Kathryn Ferguson as the new principal of Caddo Middle Magnet School, lauded as the top-performing middle school. - ➤ Representative Timothy Kerner introduced House Bill 857 to tighten seafood labeling by targeting commingling of domestic and imported products – a loophole that has long hindered traceability for large-scale distributors.
