- ➤ Volunteers in Shreveport will join a citywide cleanup today at the State Fairgrounds on Pershing Blvd, sponsored by Mayor Arceneaux, Shreveport Green, and Visit Shreveport-Bossier from 8 a.m. to noon. In Bossier, Operation Clean Sweep starts at 8 a.m. at Viking Drive Substation with free lunch at 11:30 a.m. KTBS
- ➤ Greenwood will host a community cleanup for Love the Boot Week, inviting residents to join in cleaning neighborhood parks and streets later this week. KSLA
- ➤ Don William Wyatt, a devoted family man, skilled welder and veteran, passed away on April 13 in Shreveport. Visitation is held today at 10:00 a.m. followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park Funeral Home. Shreveport Bossier Journal
