- ➤ The 2025 Red River Balloon Rally will take place in Bossier City on Friday, July 18 and Saturday, July 19 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Louisiana Downs Racetrack and will feature balloon glows+tethered rides, food, live music and nightly fireworks. KTAL
