- ➤ Haughton Police arrested Michele Mary Massara (62) on the 400 block of Union Texas Road after finding 13 dogs in cages under appalling conditions, and she now faces four counts of animal cruelty with a $460,000 bond while officers rescue the dogs for transfer to a shelter.
