- ➤ At the 2025 Fit for Life Expo in Shreveport, health and wellness were in focus as competitions in boxing, martial arts, arm wrestling and aerial expression demonstrations showed that fitness benefits people of all ages (coaches stressed stretching, hydration and supplements to prevent disease).
