A Caddo District Court judge denied the SPLC’s request to stop the Caddo Parish School Board from closing Queensborough Elementary School and selling its property.

Shreveport native Connor Cassano won the 106th Louisiana Amateur Golf championship in New Orleans after forcing a playoff with Landen East on Sunday.
