- ➤ Shreveport police said a 6-year-old child accidentally shot himself outside a Raising Cane’s on Kings Highway Wednesday evening when he found a gun in a parked car—and his father rushed him to the hospital where he remains in critical condition after emergency surgery. KTBS
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Shreveport police arrested Richard Williams after responding at 7 a.m. Saturday to a shooting at the intersection of South Windermere Drive and Beaufort Way, where officers found 40-year-old Corinthian Shepard dead from a chest gunshot wound—one man outside the home sustained a life-threatening injury. - ➤ Shreveport police responded to a shooting on N. Windermere Drive at about 7 a.m. on July 5—one person was pronounced dead and a second is in life-threatening condition. KSLA
