- ➤ The Bossier Arts Council invites local shoppers to join the annual East Bank Holiday Market on Dec. 6 from 4-8 pm at the East Bank Cultural District where vendors offer handcrafted items, festive treats, and unique gifts. - ➤ Shreveport Regional Airport advises travelers to arrive at least 90 minutes early during the busy Thanksgiving week as ticket counters close before flights—airlines like Allegiant close their counters 60 minutes before departure, while others close 30 minutes prior.
