This class is designed for expectant mothers who are planning or considering an unmedicated birth. Through practical guidance and supportive discussion, participants will learn how to manage labor naturally using breathing techniques, movement, positioning, and relaxation strategies. The class also covers how to create a calming birth environment, recognize signs of labor, and prepare mentally and physically for the big day. Leave feeling confident, informed, and empowered to trust your body and your birth.
