It nearly fell apart when STACK walked away from a Caddo Parish site. The North Louisiana Economic Partnership helped it pivot to the Resilient Technology Park in west Shreveport, where SWEPCO's $100 million AEP Transmission Control Center made the difference, said NLEP CEO Justyn Dixon. The event also marked the chamber's fifth State of the Community report.
